◆ Working Process:
I like to discuss with you first what kind of build/design/theme you'd like, you're welcome to send any sort of pictures be it from In-game or Real-life examples, just keep in mind I will not copy someone else's build! But I can take inspiration from it and use my creativity to come up with something of a similar kind!I also like to discuss the size of the build, if you'd like more floors to be used, I normally say:

◆ More Space < Less DetailsSo, if you come to me wanting a modern build please know that it will likely not be more than one floor, max two if doable while still assuring it looks pretty ♥I'm also open to doing Void/OOB designs, but it's at your own risk if you keep your home public/open for visitors!◆ Void Build requirements:
You'll need at least one of the following items:1. Greatwood planter.
2. Dragon Floor Lamp.
(Amount depends on the size of the house)I can make a void elevator with Zubatons, but they take more slots to make than the other item option.◆ Showcase Phase
During this phase, I will send you a link to a Google Drive folder where pictures of your build will be posted as I work. There you can view the pictures and let me know if there's something you'd like changed or added.Once a showcase is finished, you can go over the finished design and if it is approved by you then we'll move on to the final phase!◆ Buying & Building
After the build is approved you'll either receive the Makeplace files (consisting of 1 Json file and 1 furniture list.) or we will arrange an in-game meeting for me to set up the build for you! ♥◆ Finalized (if set up option is chosen)
Once I'm finished setting up the build I will start taking pictures of it for my portfolio, afterward, I will leave my Credit in your guestbook, if there is no guestbook in the build, I'd appreciate the credit placed on the Placard. Then I will take my leave and you're free to move things around or change any colors.In case you accidentally move something and can't get it in place yourself, you are welcome to DM me and I will find time to come and fix it ^^◆ If you're an artist, I do sometimes offer a trade with my design for your art, so feel free to reach out to me!————————————————————————————————————————————Set up is not an option for FC Chambers or Apartments as you cannot share those with anyone. Commission Types

I do 2 types of commissions, In-game and for Makeplace.◆ The difference is that if you hire me for an In-game commission, you technically won't need knowledge about Makeplace or the XIV quick launcher, as I will be the one setting everything up for you as requested.◆ For a Makeplace commission, you will need to know about Makeplace and the Quick launcher to set up everything yourself, if you want I will, of course, assist you with installing either or both and guide you through setting up the file that you received from me.If you have any questions regarding this or anything else in the order form, please DM me on Discord, thank you ♥Please Read if you consider setting up the build yourself!◆ I'm not able to test out all of my designs in-game because I simply don't have the option to do so, however, I have been decorating on FF for many years without outside tools, so I believe I have a good understanding of the in-game limitations.Should you, however, encounter any issues with the design, please DM me on Discord so I can help solve the issues ♥————————————————————————————————————————————If you're interested in my work, you are welcome to check out my Premade builds, which you can find on my Discord server or my PayHip/Ko-fi shop ♥Or if you'd like to hire me for a Custom Commission just follow the link below ♥◆ Ko-Fi◆ Custom Commission here!

Gil Commission

◆ All Gil Commissions will be made available as a Premade design unless a privacy fee is paid.◆ Gil trading can only be done on NA as I'm on Primal.◆ If you cancel your commission half of your commission cost will be refunded and any progress made to the house will be taken down and furniture will be placed either in storage or on the floor if there's no room in storage.◆ I will not be held responsible for any breakage that might occur if you choose to alter the design after it's been completed.◆ I have the right to terminate the commission at any time for any reason I deem worthy of termination.◆ Please do not enter the build while I work, as this can mess with floating/glitching.◆ The design will be made in Makeplace to not waste resources and gil during the planning phase.◆ OOB/Void: You understand, though it's unlikely to happen, that you take full responsibility for any actions that could be taken against you by SE staff.
^{It's recommended to keep your place locked to be safe.}◆ The more floors/rooms, means less detail.◆ I will use all item slots. If you need any room for NPCs, please let me know early,◆ Rush orders: Have your order put in front of the line, be aware this will double the base cost.◆ You will be responsible for any items from Bozja, bi-color gemstones, Gold Saucer, Mogstation, etc.

- The waiting time could be longer depending on my workload, client list, and IRL responsibilities.◆ FC room/Apartment orders can only be built by you as they can't be shared with anyone.◆ Free setup if you happen to relocate after the build is done.◆ Payment: Payment is made before the furniture list is sent to you / Any work will be done on the house.◆ I will not be held responsible for any breakage that might occur if you choose to alter the design after it's been completed.How It Works
◆ Once the design has been discussed I will begin working in Makeplace to both save time as well as resources.
- Please make sure to have a solid idea of the theme/design you want. Having pictures of inspiration is okay, but please know I will not copy someone's build.◆ When the design is ready, you will be sent a folder containing pictures of the design, and you can then ask for changes.◆ When you've approved the design, the Gil will be traded to me in full, and then the Furniture list will be sent to you through Discord.◆ When all the furniture has been gathered and dyed, I will come to set up the design to ensure everything is working as intended.
you will be asked to not enter while I do this to ensure any glitching won't break.◆ Once finished you will of course be welcomed inside and you are then allowed to make any changes to color, decor, etc.

◆ If you're able to craft the items yourself a Furniture Fee won't be needed, but it will require you to obtain all the items on the list as well as dye them, or provide me with a 2Mil budget to get the dyes I need.◆ Should you be able to obtain the furniture, but unable to set it up yourself, i.e. on a console, or just unable to use the plugin needed, I will offer to do it for you without any extra cost, but, it requires that everything is obtained, dyed and placed down in the house.◆ The Set Up Fee is my compensation for getting all the furniture items (except for special items, see below.) on my alt and unlocking dye which requires my alt to be lvl 15.
^{Obtaining the furniture will be done through World Traveling, and purchasing off the Marked Board and Vendors}◆ For Setup: Once the Design is completed, any remaining gil from the Furniture Fee will be returned to you.◆ Price can be negotiated for a more simple design.◆ Apt/FC can only be set up by yourself, you will be sent the file and furniture list once Gil has been traded.◆ Special Items: These are items from the Gold Saucer, Bozja, event items, Bicolor gems, Beast Tribe, Custom Deliveries, and any other items that requires additional work.

Terms of Service

#1) You must have some knowledge of Makeplace and the Quick Launcher**
I will assist with what I can, if wanted.#2) You are not allowed to re-sell the design after it's been purchased, if discovered you will be banned from the server.**#3) Please respect that I do not wish for my work to be made available on the Marketplace's Online Gallery or anywhere else.#4) You are permitted to alter the design after the design has been given to you, but please credit me for the original design.◆ Please tag me and provide credit, thank you!

Pricing

◆ Small: 20mil
◆ Medium: 30mil
◆ Large: 40mil◆ Exterior: 5milPrices do not include Furnishings. — (Except for exterior)◆ Gil Commissions are only available on NA Data Center.
However, if you are on a different Data Center, but still able to make the payment to NA, that works as well.Please keep in mind that Apartments/FC chambers cannot be shared with others, therefore you'll need to set up the build yourself, I will assist you through the process if wanted.Setup and Furniture.
If you would like me to handle the furniture setup, please be able to provide a budget of at least 10mil. Any remaining funds will be returned to you after completion.(The funds required may vary depending on design and size of your house.)

Alternative options

I'm open to accepting Arts and Crafts as payment for my work. If you're an artist or enjoy crafting items like; jewelry, pins, etc., and are interested, please feel free to DM me and we can discuss further!Please do note that I'm based in Europe and therefore won't be able to accept crafted items from outside Europe, as taxes and shipping costs are quite high.Thank you for understanding and taking the time to read this! ♥
